Perspectives
Practical thinking on connected data.
The Intelligent Enterprise Integration Series. Written for CFOs, COOs and business leaders in mid-sized organisations who want connected systems, trustworthy numbers and AI that earns its place. Free to read, with new papers added as they are written.
Why we write
The same problems keep turning up.
Most organisations we meet do not have a data shortage. They have a connection problem. Customer information sits in the CRM, financial truth sits in the accounting platform, operational detail sits in specialist systems, and the exceptions live in spreadsheets and inboxes.
Each paper in this series takes one part of that problem and works it through properly: what it costs, what to do first, and how to prove the result inside 90 days. No vendor pitch, no transformation theatre.
They are written to be used. Take the frameworks, the assessments and the plans into your own business and test them against your own numbers.
